I was diagnosed at age 8 and it was pretty hard for me to walk at first. I also had a lot of bleeding ulcers. Now if you saw me you would think I'm a normal kid, but under everything I still have these diseases that stop me from being a normal kid. Each week I get a shot of a low dose chemotherapy. I also go to the hospital to get infusions of a biologic drug that is also a form of chemotherapy. These medicines help my JIA and Crohn's, but since they suppress my immune system, I get sick a lot! 

But, I still love to play with my dogs, play soccer, do cheer, and go on hikes and walks with my family!
